The process begins with a quick and easy consultation where a friendly team member meets with you to gather measurements, go over your goals for the project, and just get to know you!

After the consultation, we quickly begin estimating the project and make it a priority to finish, because let’s be honest, who likes to wait? We aim for a 24-48 hour turnaround on our estimates, so you can be sure we’re working diligently to move your project along!

Should you choose us for your project (and we’ll love you for it), we will immediately begin assessing our schedule and material availability. Once we have a targeted start date, we will reach out and schedule a time that works for BOTH of us!

Everything has been coordinated at this point, and our team will arrive on our scheduled date and arrival window to complete the project. You will not encounter an unfriendly GrandScapes associate, and you certainly won’t need to chase us down if you need anything - ever!

Upon completion, a project manager will reach out to you to schedule a final walk at a time that’s convenient for you. This is the time to ask questions, go over any care instructions, and hand shake for a job well done!
